- Clients are required to book their appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
2. Payments and Refunds
- No Refund Policy: All payments made for spa services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
- Membership Cancellations: Membership cancellations will not result in any refunds. We encourage clients to utilize the benefits of their membership within the validity period.
- Pricing After 9:00 PM: After 9:00 PM, our prices may vary. Clients are requested to contact us directly for details regarding pricing for services booked during this time.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointment Timings:
Membership holders can book appointments between 11:00 AM and 8:30 PM only. Kindly plan your visits within this time frame. - Rescheduling or Cancellation:
- Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the service for that session.
4. Membership Terms
- Memberships are valid for a specific period as mentioned at the time of purchase. Extensions are not permitted unless otherwise specified under promotional terms.
- Membership benefits, including complimentary sessions or discounts, cannot be transferred to others.
5. Conduct and Policies
- To maintain a relaxing environment, clients are expected to adhere to our spa etiquette. Disruptive behavior or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session or membership without a refund.
- The spa reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who do not comply with these terms.
6. Liability
- Medusa Luxury Spa is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your visit.
- Clients with medical conditions or allergies should disclose them prior to receiving services. The spa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
